Separate Signed Agreement Required

Guests agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Short Term Rental Agreement;

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Travelers who cancel after that point will not get a refund unless they have purchased our Cancel For Any Reason Policy (CFAR). There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

If there are any signs of an unruly gathering, at the property, a $2,500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

If the Guest waives the optional damage protection policy, then the Guest authorizes Vine Maple Lodge, LLC to charge the credit card on file for any damage that occurs during Guests' stay.

We expect a reasonable attempt to leave the property as nice as it was when you arrived. There will be a $250 or more additional cleaning fee if it is obvious that little or no effort was put in to clean up on the part of the guests.

There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING on the premises, including the patios (as we do not want smoke smell or damage on our outdoor furniture). We will assess a $5,000 fine for remediation of smoke if a guest smokes in the home.

CANCELLATION POLICY

60 Days Prior Bookings must be cancelled at least 60 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after 11:59 p.m. on the 60th day prior to check-in may no longer be eligible for a refund.
